I am secretary general of ASR

I am Ionel Nistor, secretary general of Alianta Strategie pentru Romania (ASR). The role is public on the leadership page. The institutional email is ionelnistor@partidulasr.ro. ionelnistor.ro stays my personal site: it does not collect memberships and it does not replace the party website.

What a secretary general does, in my case

In the statute, the General Secretariat is the central administrative structure. The secretary general coordinates records, internal documents, the official electronic platform and organisational support. He puts leadership decisions into practice. I am not the political voice of the party. I am the person who keeps the papers, the deadlines and the internal channel in order.

I work from the United Kingdom. That is not a slogan. It is a working condition: dossiers, lists, the site, correspondence, checks. The same rhythm as in transport: if a piece is missing, we do not “see tomorrow”. We see it now.

Who else is at the table

The president is Dumitru Barsan. The vice-president is Bogdan Doru. We constituted ASR together, after the path described in the article about the dossiers. The statute directions, in short: an efficient state, a market economy, education, health, the diaspora. Programme detail lives on the party site, not here.
