Secretary general from the diaspora, not from a poster

I am Ionel Nistor, secretary general of Alianta Strategie pentru Romania (ASR). I live in Stafford, in the United Kingdom. The role does not need a Bucharest office in order to exist. It needs complete papers, kept deadlines and an internal channel that does not get lost in messages. That is what I do. I do not speak for the party from ionelnistor.ro.

What belongs here, and what does not

From here I keep the records, the documents, the site, the correspondence, the checks. Political decisions stay with the leadership bodies. The president is Dumitru Barsan. The vice-president is Bogdan Doru. I put into practice what was decided, within the statute. The role itself is in the article about being secretary general. The path of the dossiers is in the note about the three filings.

The time difference is not an excuse. It is a calendar: if a list has to be ready, it is ready. The same habit as in transport. I filed the UNIT and ASR dossiers in person, not “remotely in theory”. Distance means scans, versions, control — not dropping the work.

Diaspora, in the statute, not in a slogan

In the ASR statute, solidarity includes attention to local communities, to the diaspora and to those who need representation. The programme and the involvement forms are on the party website, not here. ionelnistor.ro does not collect memberships.
